Toni Monty
Executive Producer | Strategic Lead
Toni Monty is a film executive, legal and commercial strategist, and former founding head of the Durban FilmMart.
With over 20 years of experience across the African and international film landscape, she has worked extensively in project development, co-production markets, and industry strategy.
Toni leads Amafrika Films’ development and market positioning, guiding projects toward financing, festival exposure, and international partnerships.
Sithabile Mkhize
Producer | Writer
Sithabile Mkhize is an award-nominated producer and screenwriter with a strong focus on character-driven storytelling.
Her producing credits include Gods Work (feature Film), Dreams of Gomorrah (licensed by M-Net) as well as documentary work commissioned by E-TV.
An alumna of the Durban FilmMart Business Lab and Berlinale Talents, Sithabile brings a distinctive creative voice and a deep understanding of story development to the company’s slate.

Sekgametsi Mokoena is a highly experienced producer and line producer with over 20 years in the industry.
She has delivered a wide range of productions—from feature films to broadcast and lifestyle content—working with leading companies including Burnt Onion Productions, The Bomb Shelter, and Viacom.
She leads Amafrika Films’ production execution, ensuring operational efficiency, budget control, and delivery across all projects.
